This week Sheldon hosted a two-day conference where the visiting supervisors got the opportunity to be an auditor.
An internal audit is a validation that the plant is following all the correct processes and procedures. We audit finished feed in the warehouse, production records, testing logs and observing the manufacturing process to ensure all feed meets KNG’s quality standards. We ensure facilities are being maintained through proper housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and equipment calibration.
