Our kngmerchandise.com vendor, Business Impact Group, experienced a payment processing issue in early November which is now corrected. Therefore, some orders were placed and shipped but the actual card transaction did not occur. This primarily affects orders placed after November 1 but could include orders that contained backordered product placed as far back as September. All outstanding payments will be processed by the end of January.
