On Friday, September 8th, in conjunction with ISU, Kent celebrated the long awaited grand opening of the Iowa State University Kent Feed Mill and Grain Science Complex with a ceremonial ribbon cutting and dedication.
“In dedication remarks to a crowd of more than 350 on Friday, Kent Corporation Chairman and CEO Gage Kent stated the company’s $8 million contribution to the project was not a gift, but rather an investment in the bedrock of the worldwide food industry.”
The celebration continued on Saturday during a tailgate event at the CyHawk football game where many ISU faculty and leadership joined Kent Corp employees in cheering on the game.
