Customer Communications
This month, current loyalty program customers will receive emails explaining the changes to our loyalty programs. They will also receive a mailing insert in their coupon mailings that directs them to their local dealer to get enrolled in the Astro Frequent Buyer programs so you may receive a high volume of questions or requests to join Astro.
Home Fresh Program Has Launched!
Our Home Fresh Loyalty Program is up and running! You can now enroll your customers in our Buy 20 Get 1 Free program for all their animals’ nutritional needs.
If you’re not on Astro, learn more and sign up for your free trial here. The Astro team will train and onboard your employees, help you load your customer data, and assist with transitioning current loyalty members to your new programs.
