Kent is pleased to announce two new formulas for your grower/finisher program. 2137 NexGen® Advanced 50/40 PT + AA will replace 2091 NexGen® Advanced Natural Premix Lys and is a low-inclusion premix with four supplemental amino acids. These added amino acids, when balanced with soybean meal and corn, will result in efficient growth and feed efficiency in lean genetic lines of pigs. It requires lower levels of soybean meal for when that ingredient is higher priced in the market. This gives producers more flexibility when it comes to feeding soybean meal as part of the swine diet.
This new formula includes added synthetic lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan and has a lysine guarantee of 14.50 compared to 4.65 in 2901 NexGen Advanced Natural Premix Lys. This new 5-phase grower finisher product will contain lower levels of soybean meal due to the use of optimal levels of synthetic amino acids. The second new formula is an updated version of 2215 NexGen Advanced 60/50 PT + AA, replacing 2099 NexGen® Advanced Natural 60/50 PT + Lys. The product name now ends as “+ AA” instead of “+ LYS” because we have improved the formula to include synthetic methionine and threonine. It will be part of the 5-phase grower finisher feeding program and will contain higher levels of soybean meal for when that ingredient is lower priced in the market.
